The RSB Transition Leaders’ Awards, organised by The Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials and sponsored by Airbus, recognise bold, credible, and practical leadership in building a sustainable, circular, and bio-based economy.
The categories are:
- Bioeconomy Breakthrough (Early-Stage Innovation)
- Sustainable Fuels & Energy Innovation
- Sustainable Products & Materials Innovation
- Leadership in Sustainable Procurement
- Civil Society Leadership for Social & Environmental Impact
- Outstanding Individual Leadership
The winners are given a platform to amplify their work, build influence, and connect with RSB’s multi-stakeholder network of innovators, leaders, partners and peers. They will also receive on-stage recognition at the RSB Gala in Geneva, a speaking role at the 2025 RSB Annual Conference, nomination for The Earthshot Prize 2026, and global promotion through RSB’s network and channels.
Nominations are open to the public until 19 September 2025. The nominees do not have to be an RSB member for the first five categories, but they must be for the sixth category.
