The University of Sheffield has recently published an interesting opportunity for a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Chemicals Circular Economy, which combines expert knowledge in chemicals production with the prospect of influencing policy development.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of our Scientific Advisory Committee Member, Peter Styring, and Jagroop Pandhal in the Department of Chemical & Biological Engineering at The University of Sheffield.
The project will be part of the UKRI-Interdisciplinary Centre for the Chemicals Circular Economy so will offer considerable opportunities for collaboration and relationship building. The successful candidate will work on policy recommendations for the development of a Chemicals Circular Economy in collaboration with a large number of companies and with government departments including DEFRA and DESNZ.
