Our member Norsk e-Fuel welcomes Tesi (Finnish Industry Investment Ltd) as a new investor in their mission to industrialise e-Fuel production in Northern Europe.
Norsk e-Fuel’s stakeholder group supports the scale-up of sustainable aviation fuel production and strengthens the development of clean energy solutions across Northern Europe.
Tesi, a state-owned investment company, supports ventures such as scale-ups and new industrial projects in Finland. Its investment in Norsk e-Fuel aligns with its recently renewed strategy to advance fossil-free fuel production initiatives.
Norsk e-Fuel aims to industrialise Power-to-Liquid (PtL) production through the development of commercial-scale e-Fuel facilities, delivering sustainable alternatives to fossil-based jet fuels. By 2032, our member plans to commission at least three plants capable of producing over 200,000 tons of synthetic fuel annually, significantly contributing to reducing aviation emissions in Europe.
This new partnership supports the advancement of the commercial deployment of e-Fuels in the Nordics and Europe, highlighting the shared vision of a sustainable future through innovation and cross-border cooperation.
