Our member eChemicles announced a strategic partnership with Bosch Thin Metal Technologies to accelerate the commercialisation of a novel Carbon Capture and Utilisation (CCU) technology.
By using carbon-free electricity sources, this innovative technology will explore the electrochemical reduction of carbon dioxide to generate high-value green chemicals commonly used in the chemical value chain across multiple industries, such as chemicals, steel, petrochemicals, plastics, and synthetic fuels. This partnership will help enable the prompt delivery of advanced sustainable solutions to a broader user base.
Through this collaboration, eChemicles will scale up the production of their electrolyser stack by leveraging Bosch Thin Metal Technologies’ expertise in high-precision manufacturing and the utilisation of advanced techniques like thin-metal stamping. Together, they are developing reliable and cost-effective CO₂ conversion solutions to help industries defossilise their operations.
