Welcome to Our New Member Liquid Wind!
Headquartered in Sweden, with presence in Denmark and Finland, Liquid Wind is a leading developer of eFuel facilities committed to accelerating the transition of hard-to-abate sectors to sustainable fuels. By converting green hydrogen and biogenic CO₂ into eFuel, their facilities provide industries such as global shipping and aviation with the opportunity to accelerate their shift to sustainable fuels.
With a standardised approach, modular solutions, and a Digital Data Twin, Liquid Wind is optimising the scaling and replication of projects across the Nordics. Their goal is to reach more than 10 projects by 2027. Through the gradual implementation of technologies that reduce both time and cost, Liquid Wind enhances operational efficiency, streamlines processes, and ensures the successful deployment of eFuels, with a special focus on eMethanol.
Currently, our new member is developing several projects in Sweden and Finland focused on the production of eMethanol via Carbon Capture and Utilisation (CCU) and hydrogen production.
