Webinar on the Role of CCU in the Path towards a Climate-Neutral EU

In collaboration with Bioenergia, the Bioenergy Association of Finland, we are organising a webinar for only our associations’ members on Tuesday, the 29th of October, from 10-11 am (CET). The webinar will deep dive into CO₂ Value Europe’s first-of-a-kind quantitative assessment of the contribution of Carbon Capture and Utilisation (CCU) towards climate neutrality in the EU.
The report, launched in January 2024, is the result of a thorough two-year exercise conducted in collaboration with international academic, industrial, technological, and economic experts on CCU, inside and outside our membership. The multidisciplinary study aims to understand and quantify the potential of CCU but also to describe the main parameters and key uncertainties associated with the upscaling of these technologies.
