From Captured CO2 to Industrial Products: Scaling the Circular Carbon Economy Webinar

On the 8th of October from 10:00 am to 12:15 pm, the Repsol Foundation, in cooperation with Rovira i Virgili University, will host an online webinar titled ‘From captured CO2 to industrial products: scaling the circular carbon economy‘.
As Europe seeks to reconcile industrial decarbonisation with competitiveness, captured CO2 is increasingly being considered a strategic feedstock for synthetic fuels, e-methanol, chemicals and other industrial products. This webinar will examine the technologies and conditions needed to take CO2 utilisation from demonstration to industrial deployment, including regulation, availability of renewable hydrogen, economic viability and market demand.
The Repsol Foundation Chair in Energy Transition at Rovira i Virgili University is organising this webinar, bringing together experts from academia, industry and research organisations to explore the role of CO2 utilisation in advancing carbon circularity and industrial decarbonisation.
