Under the theme ‘Accelerating the clean energy transition – towards lower bills and greater skills’, the 17th edition of the European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) 2023 will take place in Brussels and online from 20-22 June 2023.
EUSEW 2023 will include a Policy Conference, the EUSEW Awards, the Energy Fair and the fourth edition of the European Youth Energy Day. A series of locally-organised Sustainable Energy Days will also be taking place around the world in the lead-up to the event. EUSEW is open to international organisations, university associations, national and local authorities, professional associations, NGOs working in the field of sustainable development, consumer associations, research organisations, EU-funded projects, EU institutions, and more.
You can play an active role in the event by hosting a policy session, participating in the Awards competition or holding a stand at the Energy Fair. The call for applications to host a policy session or a stand at the Energy Fair will open on Tuesday 22 November. You will be able to consult the guidelines and application forms and start preparing your contributions for next year’s biggest event dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use in Europe.
To answer your questions and find out how you and your organisation can get involved, the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) and Directorate-General for Energy invite you to an online info session on Tuesday 29 November, from 10:00 to 11:30 CET. The info session includes a run-through of all major EUSEW calls and deadlines, as well as the application procedures for the Policy Conference sessions and EUSEW Awards.
