April 9 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency, is organising the webinar “CO₂ Utilisation in Australia: Understanding Progress and Market Potential” on Thursday, 9 April 2026 from 2:00–3:00pm (AEST).

This online session will present insights from CSIRO Futures’ updated CO₂ Utilisation State of Play, revisiting the 2021 roadmap to assess recent developments and future opportunities.

The webinar will provide an overview of progress across the Australian CO₂ utilisation landscape, including key industry and policy developments, as well as the projected demand and emissions abatement potential of CO₂-derived products towards 2050.

The session will also feature an expert panel discussion, offering perspectives on current trends, challenges, and market opportunities for selected CO₂-derived products. It will bring together stakeholders from industry and government to exchange insights and discuss pathways for scaling carbon utilisation solutions.

Participation is free, and the one-hour format will combine presentation of key findings with interactive discussion.
