Carbon Utilisation: A Transformation Potential into Products of Industrial Interest Webinar

The European Union has outlined a strategy to achieve climate neutrality by 2050. This transition will result in significant CO₂ stocks that can be repurposed as raw materials for producing carbon-based products through carbon capture and utilisation (CCU). However, CCU technologies still face several challenges, including the need for more efficient and cost-effective conversion and purification methods.

Against this context, Repsol Foundation Energy Transition Chair and Rovira i Virgili University invited our Secretary General Anastasios Perimenis to deliver a keynote speech titled ‘Carbon Capture and Utilisation: Technologies, Pathways, and Commercial Realities’, during the online webinar ‘Carbon Utilisation: A Transformation Potential into Products of Industrial Interest‘ to explore CO₂ utilisation technologies, their challenges, and opportunities, on the 28^th of January from 10-12 pm (CET).
