CO2 Value Europe is a media partner at the Bio-CO2 Use and Removal 2026, taking place on 5 May 2026 in Kulttuurikasarmi in Helsinki, Finland.
The annual Bio-CO2 Use and Removal conference brings together policymakers, industry leaders, researchers, and innovators to explore the latest developments in the utilisation of biogenic CO2 and permanent carbon removals. The event will highlight lessons learned from the first European projects now moving from concept to implementation and provide valuable insights into energy and climate policies shaping the sector’s future.
Our Senior Policy Manager, Franklin Streichenberger, will be speaking on the ‘Policy Panel: Scaling CCUS & CDR – National and EU Policies for Deployment at Scale‘ on Tuesday, the 5th of May, to discuss the policy actions needed to accelerate the large-scale deployment of these solutions across Europe.
He will also present at 15:30 during the parallel sessions the ‘Quantitative Assessment of Carbon Capture and Utilisation Contributions to EU Climate Neutrality – Second Edition.’
