38^th CRU Nitrogen+Syngas Expoconference

CO₂ Value Europe is a media partner at the CRU’s 38th Nitrogen+Syngas Expoconference, which will take place from 10-12 February 2025 in Barcelona, Spain.

This conference and exhibition offer an ideal platform for industry professionals to connect and learn about the latest innovations in operations, technology, processes, and equipment. The annual meeting attracts a global audience of producers, licensors, and materials and equipment providers representing an unparalleled opportunity for business networking and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.

The three-stream, technical agenda showcases the latest advancements in operations, technology, and product diversification – helping nitrogen and syngas producers working in both new projects and existing plants to optimise their processes. With a significant focus on energy efficiency, carbon capture, and GHG emissions, as well as dedicated sessions on innovations in digitalisation and future fuels; and a whole morning of training in plant safety and reliability.

Investment + Commercial day, 10 February

A new programme on the first day of the conference has been designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the regulations, industry infrastructure investment opportunities and challenges; and commercial and market analysis with a focus on decarbonisation and sustainability efforts. This day will offer senior level commercial investors and asset owners/producers to gather for one day of strategic discussions.

Certified Operator Training Programme, 10 February

This certified training course will provide essential skills to identify and mitigate risks by exploring real-life case studies. This three-hour training will focus on hazard identification techniques for risks associated with green ammonia and urea. Register now to secure your place.

Joey Dobrée from the INITIATE Project partner Nextchem, will be participating in the Industry Keynote Panel: Transforming the nitrogen and syngas industry, on Monday the 10th of February from 4:00-4:45 pm.
