10^th CEWEP Waste-to-Energy Congress 2023

The 10^th CEWEP Waste-to-Energy Congress, which will take place from 14-16 June 2023 in Berlin (Germany), will focus on the role the Waste-to-Energy sector will play in achieving the EU’s environmental, energy and climate goals. CEWEP (Confederation of European Waste-to-Energy Plants) is the European umbrella association of the operators of Waste-to-Energy Plants.

Knowledgeable speakers from the European Commission, German Ministry of Environment, UNECE, prominent academics, municipal authorities, WtE operators and communication experts will discuss waste, energy and climate topics in the ever-changing policy and technical environment.

Our Secretary general, Anastasios Perimenis, will participate as a speaker in the panel discussion: ‘Waste-to-Energy – Ready for the Future?‘, taking place on Thursday 15^th June 2023, at 11:30 am.
