The CO2SMOS consortium is glad to release its third video interview, exploring the project and the people behind it. The topic of this video is gas and liquid fermentation!
In around 3 minutes, Marta Ferrer Xalabarder and Pedro Acuña López, engineers and researchers at the consortium partner Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant:
1. Describe the CO2SMOS value-chain from CO2 to bioplastics using microorganisms;
2. Explain what is a 2-stage fermentation process;
3. Showcase how Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant works on the lab-scale development and upscale of such technologies.
